What is a vacation let?
A vacation let is a property which can be let
from a few weeks to a few months*. Serviced apartments are fully furnished and all
bills are included in the rent (excluding telephone). You can short let any type
of property from a studio to a 10 bedroom house.
Who would
normally use a vacation let?
A large percentage of short lets are let by large companies show use short lets
as an alternative to a hotel.
Other uses for a short let can be insurance companies housing people after floods
or fire so that people can stay in the area and experience as little disruption
to life as possible. As well as this, media companies will rent a short let when
making adverts or films.
